Start your Wednesday mornings the right way with Salty Dip & Sip!

Join us at Boatheaven Beach at 6:00 AM for a rejuvenating mix of Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement that will leave you feeling grounded and refreshed. Start by slowing your mind, focusing on your breath, and connecting with your body through mindful movement. After a juicy flow, take a dip in the ocean to refresh and invigorate your senses. To top it off, we'll gather at CafeOne3 for a delicious cuppa and some meaningful connection.

This is a free community event where everyone is welcome, no matter your fitness level. Take time for yourself, meet new people, and experience the power of starting your day in nature.

Women’s Wellness Morning
Come Home to You – A Morning of Connection & Calm

Join us for a free community women's wellness morning at beautiful Boathaven Beach, Sunday 26th October at 7am.

This nourishing morning is all about slowing down, connecting with like-minded women, and moving your body with intention. We'll begin with gentle movement and grounding practices designed to leave you feeling refreshed, centred, and empowered. Afterward, stay for a cuppa, a chat, and that soul-nourishing connection we all crave.

What to bring:

  • An open heart

  • Towel

  • Yoga mat (optional)

  • Water bottle

  • Journal & Pen

This is your time to pause, reconnect, and fill your cup—inside and out.


SALTY ESCAPE- PALM BAY

Sunday, 28th September | 7am – 12pm

Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and gift yourself a morning of pure presence, connection, and soul nourishment. Salty Escape invites you to experience a four-hour island retreat on Palm Bay on Long Island, created to help you reset your mind, body, and spirit.

We begin with a gentle grounding breathwork session before moving into a slow and mindful yoga practice on the deck, surrounded by the turquoise waters of the Whitsundays.

The morning flows into a shared lunch with wholesome snacks, followed by free time to explore the island, take a refreshing swim, or simply rest with a book in hand. This escape is designed to bring you back to yourself - calm, centred, and energised - while holding space for connection and community.

What’s Included

  • Return island transfers from Shute Harbour

  • Guided yoga and breathwork sessions

  • Free time to explore the island

  • FREE use of SUP boards, kayaks, swimming pool

  • Option to grab a coffee, breaky or lunch
