Start Your Wednesday Mornings the Right Way
Join us at Boathaven Beach every Wednesday at 6:00 AM for a refreshing blend of movement, ocean energy and community connection.
Dip & Sip is our heart-led sunrise ritual - a simple, powerful way to begin your day feeling grounded, calm and connected. Everyone is welcome. All levels, all bodies, all humans.
What Happens at Dip & Sip
Mindful Movement
We begin with gentle Pilates, yoga and mobility to wake up your body.
You’ll slow your mind, focus on your breath and move in a way that feels good, nourishing and supportive.
Sunrise Ocean Dip
After the flow, we head into the ocean together.
The water resets your nervous system, boosts your mood and leaves you feeling alive and refreshed.
Coffee & Connection
Once we dry off, we make our way to Café One3 for a cuppa and heart-filled chats.
This is where friendships form, stories are shared and community grows.

We begin with soft, slow movement to ease you into your morning -think gentle yoga, stretching and breathwork designed to wake up your body and calm your mind.
No pressure, no expectations - simply moving with intention and presence.
Mindfulness & Emotional Reconnection
You’ll be guided through grounding practices that help you reconnect with how you feel, soften your nervous system and drop into a calmer, clearer state.
Journaling & Reflection
We take a moment to pause with guided journaling prompts.
This is your chance to explore your thoughts, emotions and desires - and reconnect with the version of you that often gets pushed aside in the busyness of life.
Women’s Connection & Cuppa Time
After the movement and reflection, we gather for a cuppa and connection.
This is where conversations flow, friendships form, and women feel seen, supported and understood.
