Step 2- Connection Call (optional)
We jump on a free 15 -20 minute chat to feel into whether we’re the right fit.
Step 3- Commit to a Container
You choose a 6, 8, or 12-week container (or whatever you decide to offer).
Step 4 - We Dive In
Sessions begin, and we build rhythm that supports your body, mind and nervous system.

8-Week Body & Sculpt - Round 1
Body & Sculpt is a 8-week group journey for women who are ready to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their own skin - without toxic diet culture or punishment.
What’s Included
x2 group sessions per week (Tues & Thurs)
Mix of Pilates, yoga, strengths and conditioning
Warm-up & cool down focused on longevity and joints
