    We jump on a free 15 -20 minute chat to feel into whether we’re the right fit.

  • Step 3- Commit to a Container

    You choose a 6, 8, or 12-week container (or whatever you decide to offer).

  • Step 4 - We Dive In

    Sessions begin, and we build rhythm that supports your body, mind and nervous system.

8-Week Body & Sculpt - Round 1

Body & Sculpt is a 8-week group journey for women who are ready to feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their own skin - without toxic diet culture or punishment.

What’s Included

  • x2 group sessions per week (Tues & Thurs)

  • Mix of Pilates, yoga, strengths and conditioning

  • Warm-up & cool down focused on longevity and joints

  • Weekly focus (e.g. core, glutes, posture, stamina)

  • Optional home practice suggestions

  • Simple education around recovery, routine and body care

  • Supportive group vibe - no ego, no competition
